Our client is a major volume dealership operation located in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. They are seeking to employ an experienced Business / F&I Manager to take advantage of their high sales volumes. The group offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment.

Applicants for this position must have current or previous Business / F&I Manager experience, gained within a dealership environment. You will have strong sales, closing, people-handling and organisational skills, be totally reliable and have the drive, energy and personality to succeed. Your contribution to the well-being of the business will be appreciated and rewarded.

Salary will consist of a retainer around $60k-$65k, super, very generous uncapped commissions, car and fuel. On Target Earnings should fall in the $150k-$180k range.
