The Role
The Finance & Insurance(F&I) Business Manager sells new and used car buyers financing and insurance programs. Business Managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs. Business Managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
To be successful you will have the following competencies and experience:
- FSRA Tier 2 Accreditations with sound understanding of our legislative requirements with relation to our financiers and service providers with the Financial Services Industry
- Current accreditations with Mazda Finance or St George or Toyota Finance Limited will be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of all practices involving the finance and automotive sector
- Competency in banking platforms used for application submissions and all vehicle sales processes
- Accurate reporting of daily data.
- Knowledge of ERA
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to build relationships quickly and be committed to providing the ultimate customer experience
- Ability to work well in both a group environment and to work autonomously
- Excellent Time Management Skills and ability to work under pressure, manage workload, compliance and settlement procedures
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
