The Department is currently implementing the Early Childhood Strategy Division for the Early Learning and Childcare Centres (ELCC) Program.
Your new role
The department is looking for a Business/Functional Analyst to assist in the development of an operating model, facilitate the collection of business/functional requirements, and create associated documentation for the Early Learning and Childcare Centres (ELCC) Program.
Accountabilities
- Analyse the ECSD stakeholder landscape and structure a work program to optimally leverage existing skill sets and subject expertise.
- Deploy a standardised approach to analysing business processes and capturing relevant business requirements.
- Jointly develop and publish a schedule for business process analysis/requirement definition activities.
- Conduct initial analysis of existing documentation and program plan.
- Facilitate and lead business requirements gathering activities, which might include document review, one on one stakeholder interviews, surveys, and face-to-face workshops.
- Facilitate and lead the collection of functional requirements with reference to the published high level technology architecture.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years Business Analysis or related experience leading and delivering analysis work on complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and quickly began delivering value.
- Experience working in complex and unstructured environments.
