About the Role
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to enhance systems and business processes to elevate our operational efficiency and outcomes. We're looking for someone experienced in business process improvement initiatives, benefits identification, and collaborating across all parts of an organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse data and performance measures for improvement initiatives.
- Design and deliver project and process improvement projects.
- Collect, analyse, and report data and metrics.
- Support project governance committees.
- Monitor organizational performance for improvement opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement activities.
- Experience in delivering business process improvement outcomes.
- Awareness of project/program/portfolio management (P3M).
- Public sector experience, preferably in a local council.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a specialist/technical environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Business).
- Credentials in change management, agile methodology, or related fields.
