What You Need
- Minimum 2 years as a Broker or Senior Broker Assistant
- Tier 1 Broking Qualification or completing
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great time management
- Detail orientated
- Experience in writing New Business
- Drive to generate opportunities and earn $$$'s
- Winbeat knowledge preferred but not essential
What You Will Be Doing
Your time will be split between working with provided SME enquiries to get the information needed to quote and close the sale, generating your own network of leads through referral relationships and direct outreach to potential clients.
You won’t be bogged down with quoting or paperwork, as the majority will be done by your two broker assistants. Your just have to focus on talking to people, keep up with market and Industry trends and closing those opportunities!
To further support your efforts, our inhouse marketing and development team will also be backing you up, with the ability to develop marketing campaigns and collateral to best support you.
