As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our Authorised Representative and staff are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and provide the best service to our clients.
Position Overview
The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our systems and processes including onboarding new corporate authorised representatives and staff. This role includes creating and updating training materials, such as in person training, webinars, manuals, and online documentation, to ensure all users, both new and existing, are proficient in using our systems, processes and are up-to-date with the latest releases and changes. They will also be involved in our learning and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training programs on company systems and processes
- Design and update training materials, including webinars, manuals, and an online learning portal
- Conduct regular training sessions and webinars
- Collaborate with various departments to understand training needs and develop tailored training solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company software and processes
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
- Deliver training and assist in the onboarding process of new corporate authorised representatives and employees
- Support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the company
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the insurance broking industry
- Experience with Insight or Winbeat broking systems (preferred)
- Strong understanding of insurance broking
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and informative training materials
- Proficiency in developing webinars and online training modules
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Must be able to travel regularly to deliver training interstate
