The Opportunity
The focus of this role is to support the Business Intelligence Manager in the development and delivery of performance reporting, data insights and Business Intelligence projects.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with Operations and Finance, ensuring that their data needs are fulfilled, reports are delivered on time and actionable insights are provided. This role will remain abreast of contractual updates and changes, as well as performance and quality frameworks, to ensure that the organisation is tracking all core performance indicators.
A key support to the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Business Intelligence Manager will provide all performance related data to enable the creation of forecasts, financial reports and budgets.
This role will also support the Business Intelligence Manager in the set-up and implementation of PowerBI reporting, including ongoing support for the organisation, ensuring high levels of engagement and adoption of the new platform.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the development and publishing of reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Through data analysis, provide stakeholders with insights for decision making and continuous improvement
- Work with the Operations teams to identify new reports that will enable more efficient and effective running of Asuria’s Government programs
- Monitor Government program performance frameworks and contractual updates to ensure that reports and dashboards are always up to date, providing the business with the most relevant data to drive performance
- Support the Business Intelligence Manager in the implementation of PowerBI reporting
