About the Role As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Digital and Technology Team and internal stakeholders to develop Business Intelligence solutions.
- Conducting analysis of functional business processes and requirements to support process change and IT projects.
- Evaluating customer needs to provide tailored solutions and insights.
- Advising and promoting organisational understanding of BI processes and technology.
- Exploring data to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends to support business decisions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistics, and reporting.
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboarding with Power BI, and data modeling with Power Query and DAX.
- Strong knowledge of reporting packages, databases, and programming languages.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
