Business Manager

Boutique has partnered with a leading ASIA-PAC financial services provider to find a Business Management Specialist to join their innovative and energetic Sydney team.
 
As part of an organisation dedicated to integrity, service excellence & consistent delivery of comprehensive financial solutions for their clients, the Business Management Specialist plays a crucial role in business operations, providing key insights and support across various departments to help achieve strategic objectives. 
 
What you'll do:

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to sales, marketing, production, and client services. Ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives. Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.
• Project Management: You will assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets while coordinating with various departments and managing external relationships.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and regular updates.
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control to maintain and improve the organization's financial health.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business operations or financial performance. Implement measures to ensure business continuity and resilience

The expertise and experience you'll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in operations management or office management roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and ensuring profitability.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving objectives.
• Proficient in strategic thinking and adept at problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of effective relationships across all levels of stakeholders.
