As part of an organisation dedicated to integrity, service excellence & consistent delivery of comprehensive financial solutions for their clients, the Business Management Specialist plays a crucial role in business operations, providing key insights and support across various departments to help achieve strategic objectives.
What you'll do:
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to sales, marketing, production, and client services. Ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives. Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.
- Project Management: You will assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets while coordinating with various departments and managing external relationships.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and regular updates.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in operations management or office management roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and ensuring profitability.
