Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years industry experience
- Team leadership
- Workplace safety knowledge
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Sales & Account management
- MYOB
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and lead workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Develop goals and objectives that drive to growth
- Building and vehicle maintenance
- Assist with the development and implementation of new systems and processes to improve service and efficiency
- Ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing goods
