The Role
Due to continued growth our Dealership located on the Nepean Highway in Cheltenham, is looking for an additional Business Manager to join the existing team of two Business Managers, where you will become part of the Dealership’s leadership team.
The main focus of the Finance and Insurance Business Manager is in providing high quality finance and insurance options to our customers, when purchasing their vehicles. The Finance and Insurance Business Manager works closely with our external financiers so your ability to build and maintain relationships is a must. In addition, a key function of the role is to support the Sales Departments’ Sales Managers by acting in a 2IC capacity, and furthermore to also assist the Aftermarket Team when required.
Rest assured in this role you will keep you challenged, on your toes, and highly engaged. Ongoing training and support will be provided so existing Salespersons or Business Managers in a small Dealership environment looking to take the next step should consider this opportunity. “
Your range of duties
- Maintaining relationships within the Vehicle sales departments that will ensure all customers are referred to the Finance and Insurance department
- Working closely with the Vehicle sales department, to assist in closing deals and providing dealership finance and insurance to customers
- Providing support to the Vehicle sales team with information on finance and lease programs, the benefits of the dealership's financing
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
- Proven customer satisfaction experience
- Ongoing support to our Aftermarket specialist
