As part of a proactive succession plan and strategic growth initiative, we have identified the need for a Business Manager.
As the Business Manager, your role is to lead and develop the Queensland operations by ensuring high safety standards, driving sales and profitability, optimising operations and scheduling, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, and maintaining superior customer service to achieve strategic business goals and targets.
To be successful in the role, you will need the following:
- Successful track record in sales, team building and team management preferably in commodities or similar products with budgeting pressures and high volumes
- Financial and commercial acumen - conduct due diligence, manage P&Ls, and develop new business opportunities
- Embrace and display drive and a "can do" attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the common touch
