The Wesley Breast Clinic Business Manager supports the Director of Breast Clinic by leading the administrative and support teams and functions to ensuring high quality service and care is delivered to patients at the Breast Clinic, whilst continuously improving the Clinics systems and processes to optimise its financial and clinical performance

• Holds or working toward tertiary qualification in Business
• Understanding of transactional project requirements to align with strategic deliverables
• High level experience in the leadership of strategic implementation and experience high level support to executives in a relevant field
• Management experience in a clinic setting with the ability to balance key performance indicators of the department;
• A strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes;
• Experience in dealing with senior executives and dealing with complex, confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to conduct research, think strategically, use professional judgement and present issues succinctly
• Able to lead results orientated team to deliver quality work in a complex environment with integrity and high standards
