About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Manager ready to join our enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused sales team based in Midvale, WA.   You will be responsible for managing the F&I sales experience for your dealership’s customers, a key player, and contributor to our sales teams success on a daily basis. 

Key responsibilities:

• Driving the performance of all Finance and Insurance Products available to you through our Financial Services.
• Provide the best customer experience possible.
• Remain in-step and provide consistent support to your sales team throughout our customer’s sales and delivery experience. 
• Identify new opportunities – customer prospecting
• Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurers

About you:

• You will have 1-2 years as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment
• You are a team player
• You are a natural salesperson who will embrace the fact that you get the opportunity to help people realise their dreams of owning and protecting their Motorcycle.
• You have a full understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment
• It is essential that you hold correct finance accreditation and experience in a similar business management role, either in a prestigious automotive dealership, truck or motorcycle dealership
