A Multinational Manufacturer of Pumps, Valves and Aftermarket Service to The Australian Mining, Water, Oil & Gas Industry is looking for a top-tier Business Development Manager to bring their onsite expertise & turnkey project delivery across EPCS & End-Users nationally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Key Accounts throughout WA region.
- Upsell, Cross Sell, Be Hungry & Take the Lead!
- Call on New Clients and open up Opportunities for New Sales.
- Develop a Call plan and Strategy to Manage your Territory.
- Maintain high activity Levels and Standards.
- Seek out new opportunities to quote, and sell solutions backed by your National Engineering Team.
- Exceed personal Sales Targets & work autonomously to grow the business.
- Respond to opportunities to quote & create new opportunities to win project sales & product sales business.
- Work within the team to look for opportunities for Business Growth and Improvement.
- Sell a Brand based on Integrity, Respect & Excellence.
Experience:
- B2B sales background, 5 + years as a Technical Sales Consultant, cold calling and developing new business from scratch.
- You will be trained in the products, it would be preferred if you have a mechanical or technical acumen.
- You are hungry to continue learning and passionate about mechanical technologies or you have a passion to work in Engineering or Water, Oil, Gas OR Mining Industry - Previous experience is wonderful but not necessary.
- Based near Sydney, happy to work from home autonomously calling on sites & industrial sites developing relationships, you will be backed by your Engineering Team.
- Trade or Engineering Backgrounds are advantageous.
- The Hunger, drive & attitude to open new accounts and create new opportunities.
- The ability to work unsupervised, absolutely no micromanagment.
The Reward: $140k-170k + Bonuses + Car + Super (Package negotiable on interview)
