We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to lead our FMCG division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in the FMCG sector. They will possess strong leadership abilities and be willing to develop and grow.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage, lead and coach your division to success
- Drive exceptional results with our clients to run a profitable business unit and understand our clients expectations
- Build and execute strategic business growth plans
- Manage a team of account managers and drive direction
- Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
- Manage reporting and end of month financial duties
- Drive and manage the Divisional KPI's
- FMCG experience is a must - preferable corporate grocery (i.e. Woolworths/Coles)
- Must have demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and leading a division or team - understanding or previous experience working in marketing agency will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Drive and energy to coach and motivate
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with teams, clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong end of month and financial management acumen
- Capability to design and implement strategies for business growth
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and plan for competing deadlines
