Our qualified team of psychologists and counsellors provide warm and empathetic client-centred care for young children, adolescents, adults, couples and families which includes therapy as well as the provision of relevant psychological assessments to support our clients’ needs. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Stafford clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on continuous improvement, a background in business and team management (preferably in a healthcare setting), exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in our clinic, develop and implement policies and procedures, and ensure smooth coordination between administrative and clinical staff.
- Manage the admin /receptionists team including recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff and oversee performance management.
- Ensure high levels of customer service, handle escalated client complaints, and oversee appointment scheduling.
- Drive business growth through actively building relationships with our existing referrers and develop and implement strategies to increase the clinic’s referrals.
- Prepare the clinic’s budget in conjunction with the General Manager, and monitor financial performance, manage billing and collections, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a psychology or other business management experience in a clinic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
