We now offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced office Manager to join our small team. Based in Maddington, we distribute products all over Australia.
About The Role:
The Office Manager we require must be able to work through a diverse range of responsibilities. Our new Manager will price themselves on there work ethic and help build our team culture. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your role can expect multiple challenges including direct dealing with customers issues, helping with stock control, training and many more.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales meetings, team planning meetings, and training.
Identifying potential to increase sales growth and expand customer base.
Reports on performance management and development reviews
Setting targets and working with staff to reach KPI’s
Giving support to Sales team with quotations for the purpose of winning new business
Marketing Strategies – Mailchimp
Account Management
Entering sales orders and invoicing
Purchasing
Managing Chefmaster website and enquiries
Liaising with Suppliers for best pricing
Overseeing warehouse staff
Administration duties
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Previous management experience
- Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Work in a team environment
- Go that extra yard to achieve your goals
