Our mission is to connect health and fitness to as many people as possible and we aim to provide our members with affordable, accessible, and awesome facilities.
Our Business Performance Managers are responsible for guiding our Plus Fitness franchisees through business growth and development along with supporting them through performance guidelines and objectives to enhance the Plus Fitness brand.
Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates fitness clubs within the health and leisure industry. We have a trajectory of growth as the largest independent health club operator in Australia and are the first fitness facility operator to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSOur ideal candidate will bring:
- Relevant experience in the fitness industry
- Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with business owners
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Driven and motivated to build the brand and their knowledge of the industry and business
- Highly organised with the ability to learn fast with the use of good time management skills
- Great level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated achievement in devising and implementing growth processes and procedures that deliver improved performance results.
Your key responsibilities are to:
- Analyse the business data in preparation for support sessions with the franchisee.
- Provide positive, motivating and effective support sessions with the franchisees that assist them in growing their business.
- Conduct regular, constructive club visits to ensure facility compliance and provide effective business support.
- Help Franchisees to understand the business metrics and improve their profitability.
- Deliver standards and ensure they are upheld by the franchisees.
- Have a broad understanding of all aspects of the business and work closely with the specialists in the team to deliver high results.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the business and help to get any outstanding issues solved.
