About the Job & You
We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Coordinator to join our friendly team on a permanent full-time basis.
As the Junior HR Coordinator, you will contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience while supporting the day-to-day HR operations and our HR team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your generalist duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
- Performing general HR administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate personnel files
- Preparing HR documentation
- Serving as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Providing HR support to senior staff members
- Assisting with other day-to-day HR matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree qualified in Human Resources / Business Management (preferred but not essential)
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards
- Knowledge of the employment life-cycle
Characteristics & Attributes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
