- Do you have experience in the emergency pluubing and/or trades industry including managing booking and customers?

The Role
This will be a hands-on role, with some of the required functions including (but not limited to):
- Calling customers to confirm jobs and support them through their service
- Deal with any concerns or questions from customers
- Provide support to internal sales, including dealing with enquiries and following up with quotes, as required
- Providing the information to the plumber for the jobs, as required
- Support the Trade teams in completing the job and with their job schedule
- Complete admin work for the plumbers and job, as required
- Update the job system with all information, as required
