About the role
A motivated and friendly & reliable Customer Service Representative who will pay a pivotal role in the smooth running of the customer Service department, ensuring that wholesale customer enquiries and orders are adequately and promptly answered and processed.
Duties
- Taking new orders and enquiries via Phone, Email, Fax Orders
- Processing Orders/Invoices
- Data Entry using Business Central & FileMaker
- Accounts Management
- Processing orders before Public Holidays/Closure Periods
- Manage all dockets and invoices
- Handling Customer complaints
- General Office Administration
- Comply to Company Code of Conduct principles, HACCP and Food Safety guidelines
- Previous experience in Customer Service is highly desirable
- FMCG industry experience highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Demonstrable Customer Services skills
- Basic accounts management
- High level computer/data
- Enjoy working within a busy, dynamic and rewarding environment.
- Full training of our systems and procedures
- Monday to Friday for the first 3 months then rotating roster to include weekend work.
