AddressModel Chic is a formal and bridesmaids dress e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales up – both domestically and internationally. You will work closely with our internal and external team as well as external partners to deliver strategy, design, and develop our ongoing campaigns.
Key Requirements:
· 3 + years’ experience in marketing and/or brand management
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Otherwise, equivalent
experience.
· A love for all things e-commerce, sales strategies, and results
· Confident and positive communicator with storytelling abilities
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
· A creative collaboration mindset, with an eye for data to inform your work.
Responsibilities:
· E-commerce website optimisation and management
· Email database management and subscriber growth
· Email marketing to dual audiences
· Manage and continuously optimise email flows.
· Analytics and reporting for Google Ads, Pinterest, and Meta Business Suites
· Copywriting and brand storytelling
· Weekly sales tracking and reporting against monthly sales targets
· Manage the marketing calendar.
· Create and execute campaigns for retail sales periods.
· Social media content creation + management: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok
· Manage ads with the help of our external partners.
· Drive the creation of brand assets by engaging an external team of creatives.
Must-Have Experience:
· Omni Channel E-commerce marketing skills and experience, specifically website
UX and conversion optimisation
· Copywriting, and strategy for Native + EDM Flows
· Social media sales optimisation
· Strategy for Tik-Tok + UGC
· Influencer marketing
· Sales campaign planning and execution: Cyber Weekend, Black Friday, Retail buying calendar.
· Experience growing a brand from $2M-$5M+
