So, what’s the role?
The Business Analyst will initially support a regulatory compliance project. The focus will be working with key stakeholders to document critical processes, to better manage operational risks and respond to business disruptions. This role will flex across other projects providing analysis, defining requirements and solution design, and supporting implementation.
This is a permanent role that offers flexible working in the office based in Hawthorn East, Melbourne and from home. It is preferable that candidates are based in Melbourne to support face to face collaboration and workshops.
Typically, in this role you will:
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager, project team and key stakeholders to support the implementation of a key regulatory compliance project
- Work with key stakeholders to document critical operational processes to better manage operational risks and respond to business disruptions
- Flex across other projects and initiatives to provide detailed analysis, define requirements and solution design and support implementation
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced business analysis skills including analysis methods and tools and proficiency in process mapping tools and software
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
- Solid experience in test planning, documentation of test scenarios, test cases and test execution
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage stakeholders and develop strong professional relationships
