AddressCollaborating with various teams and stakeholders, the role of the Business Analyst will be to analyse business requirements, processes and workflows. These requirements will then be turned into functional specifications. As the Business Analyst you will be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and providing recommendations for solutions to enhance operations effectiveness and efficiency.
Activities of this role will include:
- Requirements analysis and gathering (working with cross functional teams)
- Undertaking solutions design to meet the business needs and providing innovative and practical solutions
- Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders both within the business locally and the global offices
- Creating detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases and user stories
- Collaborate with project managers to assist in project planning and various across projects
- Undertake a range of activities around process improvement
- Business analysis specifically on the business side, with strong experience across process improvement and solutions design
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to deal with global executive level stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
