Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks with a focus on data integrity and quality.
- Dialler operational functions – such as loading of data files, starting and monitoring of diallers, and other dialler activities to support business functions
- Manage, monitor, and action service requests for colleagues, vendors, and external partners
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve both team and company objectives.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives and improve existing processes.
- Engage in networking activities, building positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What Are We Looking For?
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Reliability, integrity, and a tenacious attitude to overcome challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
- Culturally capable of operating in a fast-moving, dynamic business environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Dialler Experience (desirable- not essential)
