We're seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Iconic Property Services. In this role, you'll be instrumental in acquiring new clients and revenue streams while nurturing existing client relationships. As part of the Senior Management Team, you'll also contribute to improving our internal processes and efficiency through the implementation of new or updated IT platforms. Job Tasks
- Develop growth strategies and plans by identifying business strengths, customer needs, and new markets.
- Design and implement strategies for Customer Relationship Management.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Market the company to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage all marketing activities and campaigns.
- Prepare tenders, submissions, and proposals, negotiating terms in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Awards, Acts, and Regulations, including Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards.
- Achieve sales forecasts and business growth targets.
- Generate and maintain statistical information on contracts.
- Manage style guide and business documentation formatting, ensuring compliance throughout the organization.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in business administration, marketing, or finance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development, tender writing, marketing, sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Business Development strategies.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
