Job description
The Victorian Government established Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Business Services Coordinator delivers a diverse range of duties including providing high quality administration, management, monitoring performance and compliance of all facility, general maintenance, security, and emergency services. This role will also be responsible for the coordination of a small team of Administration Officers across LHA to meet our Business Services requirements.
The Business Services Coordinator plays a vital role in achieving business success with attention to detail, resourcefulness, and dedication to improving the smooth functioning and efficiency of LHA daily operations.
This ‘hands on' role will require excellent organising, problem solving and prioritising skills with a desire and ability to identify improvement opportunities.
