The Role
This role requires the successful candidate to effectively supervise and manage junior staff, as you have direct responsibility to Partners for administrative, technical and planning functions. You will be required to draft advice regarding complex technical issues for a range of clients.
You will review work of other accountants on complex jobs to a high standard so that partners do not need to undertake detailed reviews. You must be skilled at identifying and managing risks to an acceptable level, and then training junior staff to minimise these risks. Your role will also require active involvement in starting to develop your own network of clients.

The Individual
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- CA/CPA Qualifications
- Several years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm
- Embrace & identify firm initiatives, risk management processes, and use of technology in completing tasks
- Ability to challenge quality of own work & manage workflow
- Commercially astute
