As the Business Solutions Manager based in Morningside Office, QLD, you will report to the National Bus Solutions Manager You will use your sales background to implement our customer value added program - MVP (Maximum Velocity Performance) to our customers. The MVP program is a comprehensive set of body shop relevant training, tools and services.
Using MVP principals, you will work with an existing customer base to develop their business, with the goal to increase their overall business productivity.

Responsibilities- Develop the MVP program concepts, features and philosophies
- Conduct meetings, seminars, and presentations
- Provide organisational, financial, and operational advice to customers
- Build relationship and customer loyalty
- Prepare business reports
- Work with members of the wider sales team to secure accounts
- A track record in sales,
- A customer-focused attitude and an in-depth understanding of customer needs, to provide value added solutions.
- Your Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Business Development Manager, Business manager., technical sales manager.
