We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) accredited provider located in Bundall, QLD 4217. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end Property Management
- Property inspections and tours
- Actively attend events and stakeholder meetings
- Support provider and tenant engagement and business growth
- Maintain governance for all aspects of Participant onboarding and Property Management
- Maintain all governance for SDA provider registration
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS and SDA Policy
- Execute marketing plans
- Effectively market upcoming properties
- Assess the SDA market demands and provide advice to the senior management team
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end residential Property Management
- Experience working in disability, disability accommodation or tenancy services in the NDIS (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong commitment to ongoing training, meeting deadlines and achieving budgeted results
- Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and the people we support
- Mobility and flexibility to undertake business travel as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in particular WORD, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems
- Have a current Driver’s licence and a reliable car
- Completed NDIS Modules or willing to complete
- A Current Yellow Card – NDIS working with disability check or willing to obtain
