We are seeking Business Analysts for our Sydney team, but location is flexible, and will depend on where the successful candidates are based.
You will be responsible for
Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc reporting to assist in business decision making and support divisional
Provide analysis to enhance and improve insurance processes
Proactively manage workflow in order to adhere to team deadlines
Adhere to Personal Injury Actuarial and Analytics standards regarding technical review, peer review, documentation and data governance
Collaborate, build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders
About you
Experience in a business analyst and/or data analytics role
Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Programming Languages such as SAS, VBA, SQL
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
