As a Business Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Asset Finance operational support to the Commercial frontline and to ensure all reporting and support activities are processed accurately, timely (within Service Level Agreements) and with high quality and accuracy.
Role Location: Melbourne/ Can also be based in other regions
Role Type: Permanent, Part Time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong experience in administration with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and remain resilient and positive
- Proven ability to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships
- Experience in managing project work and meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, being proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
- Excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and having the capacity to deal with matters tactfully and discreetly
