About the RoleThe Business Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our corporate office. The role also provides executive support to the Executive Manager, People and Culture. Your skills are essential to ensure the effective function of the office environment, office space and support services.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated high-level administration skills to schedule meetings, prepare confidential documentation and provide general administrative to support smooth running of daily operations.
Well-developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills including the ability to converse over the telephone and face-to-face to build effective relationships, respond appropriately to queries and liaise at all levels. A self-starter that has excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks to meet scheduled deadlines.
