About the Role
Litchfield Council is currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our fast-paced Infrastructure & Assets team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an excellent individual to be part of a dedicated team by providing administration support of a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
In this role, you will be providing support in Infrastructure & Assets Team. This is a varied role where your day could range from responding customer inquiries, performing procurement functions, report preparation, working with contractors and contract administration.
Your support to the Infrastructure & Assets Team will contribute to achieve its business objectives.
About you:
Ideally, you will have a strong administration background. However, there is plenty of guidance available so as long as you can bring a strong passion for excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you. You will also possess:
Experience in a similar related position
A Northern Territory Drivers Licence (essential)
High attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
An ability to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
As part of our employment process, you will also be required to undertake Pre-Employment Medical and completion of a Criminal History Check.
