About the Role
Due to a recent acquisition of another business, a 12 month, fixed term, full-time position has become available in our NDIS billing team. This role is located at our Panorama site and will ensure that timely and accurate billing of all client services and supports is undertaken.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Champion the delivery of the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, as well as the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
- Support clients to achieve their NDIS goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain client service data to ensure accurate billing for all clients
- Maintain detailed understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements
- Undertake billing and reporting tasks, including reconciliations, invoicing and responding to client enquiries
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders as required
- Uphold data integrity and client confidentiality
As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of NDIS services. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you'll collaborate closely with various departments, including Client Services, Client Engagement, and Finance, to guarantee the timely and accurate completion of NDIS services, particularly billing.
Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:
- NDIS Billing or relevant background experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ethical and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and data management.
For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
