The KILB is currently seeking to appoint Board Support Officer.
About the role
The Board Support Officer reports directly to the Business Manager and is part of the Business Support Unit (BSU). This role has two key areas of responsibility - providing highly effective, responsive and confidential secretarial and administration services to the Chair of the Board and General Manager and supporting the Board and Senior Management Team to comply with relevant legal and statutory requirements.
The Board Support Officer acts as the executive officer for the Kangaroo Island Landscape Board by coordinating and preparing Board and sub-committee processes. The position also coordinates internal annual Board reviews, and every five years, external Board reviews.
The Board Support Officer also works in close collaboration with the Business Manager on a range of functions that support the operations of the Board, including policy development and assisting with the administration of the Workplace, Health, Safety and Welfare program for the organisation.

Salary Range:
$75,430 - $79,070 p.a.
