About the Role and About You:
You will have previous experience working in a busy office, possess a positive attitude, be well presented, proactive and committed to providing exceptional support to our staff and students.
Working within a collaborative, innovative and supportive work environment, this position reports to the Senior Officer, Strategic Projects.
This is a full-time fixed term position until 20 November 2024, at a HEP 5 Classification Level, Salary range $73,852 per annum - $84,831 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week.
Duties:
An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:
- Provide a range of administrative support services to the Learning Design and Innovation team including organising meetings, drafting correspondence and follow up on any action items
- Undertake the administration of financial processes such as ordering supplies and equipment, cost centre monitoring of non-salary
- Coordinate quarterly and end of year portfolio activity reporting and assist in the maintenance of the business unit SharePoint site.
