AddressIPA is actively seeking a proactive Business Support Officer! Our client, a prominent public sector organisation in Queensland, is in need of a professional to start immediately.
Hourly Rate: $46.27
Location: Ipswich
Duration: 3 months starting June 17, 2024
Working hours: 38 hours per week, 8am - 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance data entry procedures in supplier databases to meet internal policies, risk management, and audit standards.
- Develop and update supplier databases in Ellipse and IRIS, ensuring accuracy of supplier information and compliance with financial and insurance requirements.
- Manage QBCC registration details, coordinate license and insurance updates, and provide timely reports on license statuses. Efficiently handle customer inquiries and correspondence while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
