AddressCorporate Services are looking for Principal Accommodation Officer to join their team. This role’s primary responsibility will manage current and future accommodation demands for Princess Alexandra Hospital, identifying appropriate areas for clinical services and supporting capital investments and space utilization through feasibility studies and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role
- Undertake in depth analysis in relation to demand for office space and other accommodation initiatives, including feasibility studies, analysing the utilisation of space, demand projections and scenario planning for accommodation solutions.
- Facilitate informed decision making on accommodation issues by developing timely and relevant submission, briefs, presentations, and informed papers for stakeholders on project and financial matters.
- Lead and manage the negotiation of space allocation including liaising and preparing relevant documentation for executive approval.
- Coordinate with staff at all levels, across a variety of work units (including MSH Assets and Infrastructure Engineering team, Maintenance Services (MS), establishing rapport and maintaining professional relationships, e.g., for information, completion of processes and resolution of issues in the areas of: BMS, Workforce Services, Infection Control, Clinical Divisions, PAH Executive Support and Metro South Executive.
