Lawleys is currently looking for the right applicant who can oversee and manage all of our nine sites. You must possess the following skills: Good leadership; Have the ability to determine what is needed in each of our retail outlets and where product mixes can be improved and changed; Check wastage figures and provide continual correct stock levels to ensure profitability; Ensure customer service managers are complying with company policy and giving feedback to ensure best retail policies; Provide marketing goals and aims for all retail outlets; Ensure all Lawleys health and safety policies are monitored; Ensuring prices are consistent with profit margin requirements; Consult with directors on promotions and advertising needs; Reporting to directors with retail outlets’ financial transactions and reports to advise improvement strategies; Monitor how products and services are sold to customers and how improvements and marketing strategies can be implemented; Train staff on new and changing policies, as this is a dynamic industry.
