This role encompasses both managerial responsibilities and hands-on barista duties, including coffee preparation, inventory management, order-taking, roaster maintenance, and coffee machine cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to maintain stock availability.
- Fulfill barista duties as required.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and staff, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the cafe.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cafe management and barista roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Availability for a minimum of five days a week.
