Sacca’s Fine Foods are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Café Manager for our Broadmeadows store.
Sacca’s is a fast-growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community.
We would expect your strong experience in customer service, combined with cafe background to lead the team with confidence. High standards of presentation, customer service focus and a warm friendly personality are the recipe for this role.
You will be required to use your exceptional people skills combined with your food & beverage experience to work within this dynamic venue.
Your skills in successfully directing multiple staff and driving a positive team culture will be highly regarded. This position will require strong leadership and the ability to train & mentor.
Along with the above mentioned, you would need.
- At least 2 years' experience in food industry management.
- Have good organisation & analytical skills.
- Excellent ability to lead by example and motivate staff.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exemplary personal grooming.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Love of the industry.
- Experience in administration & proficient computer skills for reporting.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability and desire to meet KPIs.
