The Position
To manage the day-to-day business and operation of the Retro Lane Cafe, located at the rear of the Albury LibraryMuseum, and to ensure the provision of a high-level client and customer experience.

Qualifications & experience
- Statutory Declaration or Certificate confirming Aboriginality
- Tertiary qualifications in Arts or related field
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Experience in Aboriginal art and culture including established networks within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
- A solid working knowledge of Aboriginal art and culture, including contemporary issues and debate surrounding public presentation of work by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists
- Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent relevant experience
- Food handling supervisor certificate
- Experience in hospitality management, preferably in a cafe or restaurant management
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain WHS procedures
- Strong level of computer literacy in a variety of software applications including MS office Suite
Hours
Based on 38 hours per week, working across a 6-day spread, with actual days and times being worked in accordance with facility roster, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
