Blairgowrie Cafe is a family-owned iconic cafe located on the Mornington Peninsula, a popular holiday destination in Victoria.
We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for administering all phases of front-of-house operations. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager and be able to:
- Organize weekly roster.
- Manage staff wages.
- Control food and drink quality.
- Plan events.
- Ensure that dining facilities comply with health regulations.
- Manage web presence (social media, website, online menu, Google Business...).
- Maximize customer satisfaction and manage difficult situations.
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Provide barista and bartender training for the summer season.
- Selecting and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
