We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor/Barista to join our team. Someone who shares our values and culture and brings passion and positivity to our café. Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages as per our menu
• Stay customer-focused
• Nurture connections while providing excellent customer service
• Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth functioning from open to close
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, both for customers and our amazing team
• Be the manager’s right hand assisting with basic enquiries 
• Train, lead, and motivate a team of baristas, juice bar, and floor staff
• Liaise with suppliers and place orders

What are we looking for:

• Passionate about the coffee industry and Customer Service
• At least one year proven experience as a Barista
• Multi-tasker, and team player
• Friendly, confident, and helpful personality
• Weekend Availability (Saturdays and Sundays are a must)
• Leadership Skills
• Reliable, committed, and professional
