CAFE SUPERVISOR
Monday-Friday: Day Shifts Only
Shifts: 6am-3pm (Hours can be flexible)
Total Weekly Hours: 30-35hrs / week.
Location: Wellington St, Perth (Large Corporate Building)
Type: Casual - $33/hr + Superannuation.

We are an established, award-winning hospitality business with 21 cafes, catering & event management businesses. We work with some of Australia's most prestigious sporting, private & corporate brands and are one of WA's largest private hospitality companies.
We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor for our busy cafe located within a large and very well-maintained corporate building.
The cafe has an excellent coffee machine set-up, counter machinery, new kitchen equipment and the entire area is heated/air-conditioned.
As the business is situated within a government building servicing its employees, our customer numbers are steady and regular, which means your shifts once set can be the same each week with almost no changes.
The Position.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Critically - a very high level of warm, friendly & efficient guest service.
- Barista duties - High-quality coffee production
- Serving our guest's counter-style food, beverage & till operation.
- Assisting in basic cafe/counter food (Sandwiches, toasties etc).
- Helping the team with maintaining the cafe.
- ASAP start.
- This position reports to the Group Operations Manager.
- All training and support is provided by our team.
About You.
- Absolutely focused on the quality of the guest experience.
- Trustworthy, positive, efficient & organized.
- Able to work fast & unassisted.
- Willing to assist the team in any way required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in cafes.
- Professional personal presentation & excellent communication.
- Must be very reliable.
The Package.
- Above award rates ($33/hr+Superannuation)
- Regular standard hours each week to suit your requirements.
- Hours: Roughly 30 hours per week. Generally 6am - 3pm (Start & finish times may be flexible to you/business requirements).
- Days of Work: Flexible. Monday-Friday (No evenings, no weekends, no public holidays, no Christmas/Easter).
