We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Café Supervisor to be part of our fantastic Food & Beverage team at our Café Dean located at the Alice Ross-King Care Centre on the Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek. The Café Dean is a meeting spot for friends, family and residents of RAAFA's Air Force Memorial Estate and provides homemade cakes, light refreshments and coffee. This role will also see you work within and supervise the quality of work performed in the cafe along with developing meaningful relationships with our residents.

The role and you:
- Coordinate and supervise day to day operations of the Cafe, in accordance with Alice Ross King routines and schedules, ensuring effective and timely management of services.
- Monitor stock levels, submit order requests and conduct quality audits to ensure all produce remains fresh.
- Liaise with the Chef Manager and residents regarding feedback to deliver the best service possible.
- Perform all food handling duties in accordance with Foodsafe Hygiene Regulations;
- Conduct cleaning duties as per the kitchen cleaning schedules and documenting when duties are completed;
- Contribute to a safe working environment by identifying or reporting all incidents, accidents and hazards;
- Contribute to maintaining a home-like environment for residents.
What you need to do:
- Update your resume;
- Be eligible to work in Australia;
- Have previous experience working in hotel services or a hospitality environment
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;
- Be up to date with your COVID 19 and flu vaccinations;
