Form of workNestled within the Farmers Home Hotel in Northam is a heritage Dome café, a venue that perfect for meeting, for eating, for relaxing, celebrating and resting.
The Cafe is open from early in the morning till late at night, 7 days a week - meaning a variety of shifts are available for a dedicated hospitality professional.
We are looking for experienced and passionate Café Supervisor who has the confidence to deliver exceptional, personalised service to our guests.
You will need to;
- Be responsible for the whole team delivering a place of welcome, and comfort to every guest that comes in through the doors.
- Ensure service runs smoothly during each and every shift by being hands on in the cafe and leading from the front.
- With the whole team, keep the cafe looking smart, maintaining cleanliness and a safe environment for all.
- Control costs on each shift, ensuring that daily admin is completed in a timely fashion.
You will have;
- Great energy, and enthusiasm for the service industry.
- Experience in a similar role - fast food, cafe, restaurant or other.
- Confident communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills.
We will provide all required training, either in Perth or Northam itself, and will work with you to ensure you start your role ready to lead from the front.
Dome is a licensed cafe within a hotel. so you will need to hold an Approved Managers licence or be willing to get one.
