Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Temporary Customer Care Centre Officer. This role is designed to provide crucial support to our Call Centre team by handling various administrative tasks, data processing, and customer inquiries for a temporary period of 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Call Centre team by managing administrative tasks in between calls.
- Perform data entry, including searching for addresses, processing returned accounts, and handling the notifications queue.
- Make outbound calls to clients when necessary, addressing payment arrangement inquiries.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive working environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Work under pressure while maintaining a high quality of work and accurate data entry skills.
- Utilize highly developed computer skills, including experience with desktop applications and databases.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar administrative roles, data processing, or customer-focused positions (Call Centre, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to maintain a high quality of work under pressure.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including desktop applications and databases.
